Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to:

Because access is provided instantly, purchases are generally final.
2. No Refunds – Standard Policy
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

No refunds are offered for change of mind, lack of use, or perceived performance

You are responsible for cancelling your subscription via Whop before the next billing cycle
Refunds are not provided for:

Forgetting to cancel

Not joining Discord after purchase

Disagreement with educational content

Losing bets or unmet expectations

Minor downtime or maintenance
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds or partial refunds may be considered at our sole discretion, including:

5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

Immediate suspension of access

Permanent ban from WonaBet services
We may provide Whop and payment processors with access logs and records to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.
6. Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Where refunds or remedies are legally required, we will comply.
