WonaBet does not control this data and does not have access to full payment details.

3.2 Payment Processors

Payments are processed by Whop’s integrated payment providers (e.g. Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal).

These providers may collect:

• Card or payment details

• Billing address

• Transaction IDs

• Fraud-prevention and security data

WonaBet does not receive or store this information.

 

3.3 Discord

To access the WonaBet community, you connect your Discord account. Discord may collect:

• Discord username and ID

• Profile information and avatar

• IP address and device data

Discord manages this data under its own privacy policies.

 

4. Information WonaBet Can See

Through Whop and Discord, WonaBet can view limited access-only information, including:

• Your Discord username and/or Discord ID

• Whether your subscription is active or expired

• Messages you send inside the WonaBet Discord server

• Request removal of your content from the WonaBet Discord by emailing support@wonabet.com

• Cancel your subscription directly via Whop

We will act reasonably and in accordance with applicable laws.

 

9. Children & Legal Gambling Age

WonaBet is intended only for individuals who are of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction.

We do not knowingly allow underage users.

10. International Data Transfers

Whop, Discord, and payment providers may process data in multiple countries.

Because WonaBet does not store personal data, we do not directly perform international transfers. Any such transfers are governed by third-party legal frameworks.

Updates take effect when published on official WonaBet channels. Continued use of WonaBet indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
