1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WonaBet (including through Whop and Discord), you agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

 

2. Who We Are

WonaBet (“we”, “us”, “our”) is owned and operated by Wake Up Media Pty Ltd (Australia).

WonaBet provides an online educational community and access to data-driven tools that display betting-related information.
All subscriptions and payments are handled through Whop Marketplace, and community access is provided via Discord.

 

3. Eligibility & Legal Age

You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction to use WonaBet.

  • Australia: 18+

  • United States: 21+ (where applicable)

By using WonaBet, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirements in your jurisdiction.
We do not knowingly allow access to users below the legal age and may remove access if this requirement is breached.

 

4. Educational Use & Personal Responsibility

WonaBet is not a bookmaker, gambling operator, betting exchange, or financial advisor.

All content, tools, and information provided by WonaBet are for educational and informational purposes only.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Whether you place bets

  • How much you stake

  • Which bookmakers you use

  • Any financial outcomes

You should never bet money you cannot afford to lose.

 

5. No Guarantees & Risk Disclosure

Sports betting involves risk.

  • No profits or results are guaranteed

  • Past performance does not guarantee future outcomes

  • Losses may occur

WonaBet is not responsible for financial losses, missed opportunities, or market movements.

 

6. Automated Tools & Information Accuracy

WonaBet may provide access to automated or data-driven tools and alerts.

Any examples, alerts, or information shown are not instructions to place bets.
You decide whether to act on any information provided and accept full responsibility for your decisions.

Information may be delayed, incomplete, or change rapidly due to market conditions.

 

7. Subscriptions, Billing & Past Due Accounts

All subscriptions are purchased and managed through Whop Marketplace.

You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancelling it before renewal if you do not wish to continue.

Past Due Accounts

If a subscription becomes past due:

  • Access to WonaBet services may be restricted

  • You may be moved to a Past Due Discord channel with instructions to reapply or restore access

Full access is restored only after successful reactivation through Whop.

 

8. Access Issues

If you experience any access issues after purchase (such as Discord access not being granted), you must contact support at support@wonabet.com within 48 hours so we can investigate and assist.

 

9. No Refunds

WonaBet provides immediate access to digital services.

All sales are final. No refunds are provided, including for:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of use

  • Losing bets or unmet expectations

  • Forgetting to cancel

  • Past due access restrictions

  • Feature changes or updates
     

Refunds are only provided where required by applicable consumer law.

 

10. User Conduct

By joining the WonaBet community, you agree to:

  • Follow all posted rules

  • Respect staff and other members

  • Not harass, scam, or abuse others

  • Not share paid content outside the community

Account Sharing

WonaBet access is for individual use only.
Sharing accounts, login credentials, or paid content with non-paying users is not permitted and may result in immediate removal without refund.

 

11. Service Changes

WonaBet may update, modify, add, or remove features, tools, or content at any time.
These changes do not entitle users to refunds or compensation.

 

12. Third-Party Promotion

Some individuals may promote or discuss WonaBet independently.
Any opinions or statements made by third parties are their own and do not represent WonaBet.

 

13. Access Removal

If your subscription expires, becomes past due, or you breach these Terms, access to WonaBet services and content may be restricted or removed immediately.
Removal of access does not entitle you to a refund.

 

14. Intellectual Property

All WonaBet content, systems, branding, and materials are owned by or licensed to WonaBet.

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the service without permission.

 

15. Third-Party Platforms

WonaBet relies on third-party platforms including Whop, Discord, and payment processors.
Their own terms and policies apply separately.

 

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WonaBet is not liable for financial losses, indirect damages, loss of access, or loss of data arising from use of the service.

 

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
